Creating a User that is Shared by Multiple Clients

1. To make the user interface easier, you must modify iDempiere slightly. Change the "System Administrator" role => Table and Column window => "AD_User_Roles" record => Column sub-tab => Default Logic field from @AD_Client_ID@ to @#AD_Client_ID@. Without this change, step 3 would be impossible.
2. Create a "System Administrator" role => User/Contact window => Create New record => Name as you wish ("YourUserHere"). Save record.
3. Add the "GardenAdmin" Role to your new user using the "GardenAdmin" role => User/Contact window => "YourUserHere" user => Role Access sub-tab => Create New record => "GardenAdmin" role.
4. For every Client you wish your new user to access, log into that Client with "SuperUser" User => "ClientAdmin" Role (example: GardenAdmin) and create the User/Contact window => "YourUserHere" user => Role Access sub-tab => new record.
