1. Here is a discussion that describes how to turn the locator fields into dropdown/search and limit the value by the warehouse's org.
2. Rename existing locator descriptors from X, Y, and Z to Aisle, Bay, and Level.
3. Add an additional descriptor to a locator called Position.
4. Update the system to use a generic locator search lookup instead of the locator popup dialog.
   1. The locator popup dialog requires a code change to add the new Position field.
   2. It also does not handle high volumes very well.
   3. It also does not allow you to use a bar-code or scan gun to select locators.
