When creating a new client (something other than GardenWorld), the system will create new Document Types for that client. Please note the names of the new Document Types will differ from that of GardenWorld. Here is the mapping:

GardenWorld: Proposal ==> New client: Non Binding Offer
GardenWorld: Quotation ==> New client: Binding Offer
GardenWorld: On Credit Order ==> New client: Credit Order
